Meet Joe Arcieri, who founded the company in 2020 after spending six years in the corporate life. This outdoors enthusiast graduated in 2015 from Assumption University with a Business Management degree. In the slower months, you can catch him coaching high school hockey or working on his 17th century home.

Pat is a proud Assumption University graduate and, like owner Joe Arcieri, was fortunate enough to play collegiate hockey. He joined Archy’s Landscaping in the early days of 2021 and has been with us ever since. As the leader of our maintenance crews, Pat has become the backbone of our operations, ensuring every property we service meets the highest standards.
Outside of work, Pat shares our team’s love for the outdoors—whether he’s soaking up the sun at Long Sands Beach in York, ME, or carving down the slopes of Sugarloaf Mountain. We’re grateful to have dedicated team members like Pat, who set a great example for new hires and embody The Archy Way: building lasting client relationships by consistently exceeding expectations.
